Shipping

Physical orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. The time your parcel will take to arrive to you after shipment, will vary depending on your location. 

For US. Based Customers: We offer several shipping options calculated at checkout based on package weight and shipping destination.

For International Customers: Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination address. Waraqah Learning is not responsible for customs, duties, or tax fees incurred on shipments outside of the US. By completing checkout, each customer agrees to pay any customs duties and/or taxes that may be applied by international authorities. If any customer refuses to accept the package and it is returned to Waraqah Learning, the shipping fees as well as any other charges applied will be deducted from any requested refund.

Note: If parcel is returned due to incorrect shipping address provided by customer, shipping fees will not be refunded.

Returns

For our Physical Products Range ONLY, we have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the return will not be accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@waraqahlearning.com and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For our Digital Downloads and Online Curriculums: we do not offer returns or refunds.
